Deposit

A 30% payment is required when booking details are submitted. Booking confirmation will reach you after 48 hours of payment.

Balance

The remaining 70% is required 30 days prior to the tour start date. You may then proceed with your visa application.

Cancellation

All travel offers listed on our website are discounted. As such, orders are non-refundable, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion. Thus, cancellations made with less than 30 days from the start of a tour and for No-show. However, if unforeseen regional developments, official travel restrictions, airspace closures, significant flight disruptions, or other circumstances beyond the traveller’s and tour operator’s control materially affect the safe or practical operation of the tour, we will offer flexible alternatives wherever possible. These may include rescheduling the tour, retaining payments as travel credit for a future date, or arranging a suitable alternative itinerary. We will not charge our own amendment fee in such cases; however, any supplier penalties, non-recoverable costs, seasonal price differences, or airfare-related charges may apply. Each situation will be assessed individually in accordance with official guidance and the policies of the confirmed service providers, allowing guests to book with greater confidence and flexibility.
